
It had been awhile since we had salmon, and this is another recipe I have already made twice. I love how few ingredients you need for this Broiled Salmon with Creamy Lemon-Dill Sauce – only 9 including cooking spray, salt, and pepper! There are also only three steps, one of which is preheating the oven. Woo hoo for that!
I subbed regular mayonnaise for canola and increased the yogurt and dill quite a bit since we love those ingredients and wanted more sauce. I know I’ll be making this regularly when we move back to the US – hopefully with fresh dill from my herb garden.
I think capers might be a nice addition to this sauce as well. Something to try when I make it next time.
